Frequently Asked Questions
1.. Do you take commissions?
I do accept a limited amount of commissions each month. I love painting landscapes that are important to you. I create original paintings from photographs or with a very good description of what you're hoping for.
Here are some ideas: The view from or of your home, cottage, or significant place A place you have never been but want to go A place you have been and loved Please see the Custom Landscapes page for more info. I look forward to working with you! Please note that custom orders for the holiday season must be placed no later than November 1st. |
2.. Do you offer courses?
I will be offering an e-course on Painting Landscapes. Make sure you're signed up with the Creative Club so you know when it goes live!
In the meantime, subscribe to my YouTube channel (it's free!) and you'll get my tips, techniques, and tutorials! |
3. Why circle canvases?
Something about them drew me in - now I know why: circles don't have a natural border the way rectangles and more "traditional" landscapes do. Their form and infiniteness captures the expanse of skies and water, which I love to paint. There's no "end" to a circle just as there is no "end" to the sky.
Round canvas are just more interesting - a little unexpected, yet calming and attractive. They make the perfect addition to any space. |
4. Do you teach at events?
I absolutely love teaching and sharing the gifts of art and creativity with the world! I would love to teach at your virtual special event. Please get in touch.
